James C. Ragland, age 74, of Carnegie, on Saturday, February 6, 2021. Husband of Sheila Rae (Powell) Ragland. Father of James Ragland, Jr., Lamar Ragland, Charles "Charlie" (Elaine) Ragland and Cory ("Kristie") Ragland. Step-father of Brandi Anderson and the late Chadwyck Lee Anderson. 10 grandchildren. 6 step-grandchildren. 2 greatgrandchildren. 1 step-greatgrandchild. Brother of Eric Dowdell and Marlene "Bunny" Bynam. Due to the pandemic, there will not be any visitation, and a Memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Leo J.
