Robert L. Knapp, age 79, of Nederland, TX (formerly of the Carnegie area) on Sunday, January 24, 2021. Husband of Mildred "Millie" "Honey" (Mire) Knapp. Father of Patricia Knapp, Cherie Knapp and Robert Knapp. Step-father of Sherry (Joseph) Sedtal, Charlotte (Charles) Mannino, Pamela (Clay) Clark, Monica (Ronnie) Jannise and Melodie (Robo) Terro. Also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews cousins and friends. Son of the late William Knapp and Mary Knapp-Erickson. Brother of Mary (Wayne) DiOrio, Juanita (August) Gossett and John Knapp. He was also preceded in death by 4 sisters and 4 brothers. Bob served in the US Army during the Vietnam era.  Friends are invited to call on Thursday, February 4th from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Leo J. Henney Funeral Home, 323 Second Avenue, Carnegie where a Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 5th at 11:15 am. Interment with Military Honors will be held on Friday, February 5th at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at 12:30 pm.
